How It Works:

Send Us Your Cup:

Write down your Name/ order number on a note and place it inside the cup.
Once payment is received, we'll message you our mailing address.
You're responsible for shipping your cup to us. Please package it well and include appropriate insurance to prevent any damage. Sin Limite Craft isn't responsible for any damage during delivery to us.
When your cup arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know if there are any issues.
Engraving Process:

Your cup will go into our queue for engraving with the design you chose at checkout.
The turnaround time is about 7-10 business days from when we receive your cup.
After engraving, we'll notify you and send you tracking info for the return shipment.
Important: During checkout, please let us know the type and color of the cup you're sending in the personalization section.
